Who knew Western Union still offered telegram service? And for that matter, why? You talk about a company wasting their efforts. You gotta wonder who was lobbying for the continued existence of the telegram service.

What a load a crap! It's actually like ACME Buggy Whips Inc., getting out of the buggy whip biz. And for that matter, why aren't we bemoaning the fact that Western Union put the Pony Express out of business?
